Greetings from Rocky Mountain School of Ministry and Theology in Denver, Colorado! This last year God has blessed us with many exciting milestones. Among those are the following:
The first milestone was conducting our graduation for the first time at a World Discipleship Summit this last summer on August 3 in Orlando. We had 14 students from 12 different countries graduate. Six students, all of which received a Masters Degree, were able to attend our graduation in person. They are pictured below in the front row from left to right: Danny Cabadsan from the Philippines, Julien Toyo from the Ivory Coast, Ryan Jones from the USA, David Jung from Canada, William Auki Ochieng’ from Kenya, and Arturo Elizarraras from Mexico. Congratulations, graduates!
Secondly, we had our first Masters degree in Christian Counseling graduate. He was David Jung from Canada. Congratulations David!
Thirdly, the number of students currently registered to take courses has continued to increase! We now have 164 students representing 35 countries around the world!
Fourthly, in addition to our many online courses already offered, we are continuing to develop new online courses including the following:
1. Christian Apologetics in Spanish taught by Arturo Elizarraras and Dr. Jacoby this summer.
2. Classics in Spiritual Formation in English with Dr. Steve Kinnard this summer.
3. Introduction to Spiritual Formation and Spirituality in Spanish taught by Robert Carrillo this fall.
4. The Theology and Practice of Biblical Discipleship in the age of the Reign of God in English offered this fall taught by Drs. Glenn Giles, Tim Sumerlin, and Steve Kinnard.
