This book is for anyone who wants to learn to optimize their mindpower to heal and attain what God has planned (John 10:10) \u2013 life to the full!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chapter 1 discusses Cresenda\u2019s \u201csingle yet again\u201d story and how we can walk with God when our dreams are shattered and our hearts feel broken. John 10:10, one of her favorite scriptures, is visited in Chapter 2. Our priceless spiritual foundation is considered in Chapter 3. Chapter 4 examines information that we must understand regarding our brains, mind, and mindpower. In Chapters 5 through 7, Cresenda shares about being stuck with some harmful and limiting beliefs and then about the new decisions we can all choose. Keys to achievable outcomes (a necessary instrument for attaining our goals) are also discussed there. Chapter 8 discusses the fact that it will be of no benefit if we gain the entire world and yet lose our souls. God\u2019s grace in meeting our needs (2 Corinthians 12:8\u201310) is reflected in Chapter 9. And, lastly, our mind and spiritual power to create life to the full are discussed in Chapters 10 and 11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cresenda Jones, a counselor and life coach, has been a disciple since 1986 in North Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida churches of Christ. Generational trauma and dysfunction led her to intently seek both spiritual maturity and emotional health.
