Here is a report of the 2009 meeting considered to be the best one so far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DELEGATES MEETING REPORT<br>International Churches of Christ<br>International Leadership Conference<br>September 1\u20102, 2009<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-delegates-roles-and-responsibilities\">1. Delegates Roles and Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">See <a href=\"http:\/\/icocco-op.org\/icoc-delegates-roles-and-responsibilities\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">this article for more information<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-future-international-leadership-conferences\">2. Future International Leadership Conferences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2010 \u2013 International Leadership Conference in Miami<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2011 \u2013 NO International Leadership Conference. All Delegates to a specific Non\u2010American Regional Conference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2012 \u2013 Jubilee International Conference Location to be determined Includes ICMC, ICYFM, Singles, ILC, no regional US conferences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2013 \u2013 NO International Leadership Conference. All Delegates attend a specific American Regional Conference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2014 \u2013 International Leadership Conference Non\u2010American Location<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"beginning-2010\">Beginning 2010:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ILC\u2019s would be held during the even\u2010numbered years which include delegate meetings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional delegates meetings would be during the odd\u2010numbered years either inside or outside U.S.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jubilee would be the only conference that year. Including ILC, ICMC, YFMC, SINGLES, REGIONAL (within U.S.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maybe every 4\u20106 years, we have a Jubilee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maybe every 4\u20106 years, we have an ILC outside the USA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A church leader attends the ILC on the even years<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each delegate attends a conference every year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-evangelists-service-team\">3. Principle <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evangelists, Elders and Teachers Teams will cooperate to finalize the ILC and Delegates programs and address issues of doctrine, conflict resolution, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-official-icoc-media-more-than-a-website\">5. Official ICOC media: More than a website<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a. Disciples Today was overwhelmingly voted as the official ICOC Media to coordinate communication among us.<br>b. Delegates committed to ask all churches to support Disciples Today:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1st world churches: $6 per member per year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3rd world churches over 500 members: $2 per member per year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please send 2010 commitments to Disciples Today by December 1, 2009<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"6-association-fee\"><b>6. Association fee<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delegates are to discuss with their regions an annual association fee to meet minimal financial needs of cooperation: Delegates meetings, communication, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vote to be held at the 2010 Delegates Meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"7-service-team-reports\"><b>7.
