The Flagstaff Church of Christ started with an inaugural service of 325 people and two baptisms. Brian and Abby Mackie, leaders of the planting, organized an amazing service with support from churches in Arizona, California and around the Pacific Southwest. “The most amazing thing was the support we received from other churches coming out of Covid,” Abby shared. Brian added, “Nick and Janice’s baptism is just the beginning of the amazing things God is doing here in Flagstaff.”

When the Mackies arrived in Flagstaff, there were 12 disciples in town as part of the team. Over the summer, team members gathered and after the first two baptisms, the church started with 25 members. Brian and Abby ask that people pray for a worship leader, a larger location and to see the church double in its first year.
