This summer thousands of disciples gathered in Dallas for a weekend of faith, fellowship and spiritual growth.
The Dallas-Fort Worth Church hosted the Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana “Ignite” conference, with more than 3,000 disciples attending. Christians expanded their worldwide vision as brothers and sisters from Russia, Mexico and Africa also attended and shared about the great things God is doing in their countries.
During the week of the Ignite conference, North American campus leaders also met for the “Equipped” campus workshop. Planners of the workshop had hoped for 400 participants, but in a pleasant surprise more than 700 campus leaders from all over North America showed up to learn and grow.

To meet more specific needs, the Singles ministry and Youth and Family ministries also conducted separate tracks. The singles were especially encouraged to hear classes from other singles living victoriously for God.
Another highlight included next generation leaders, Jeff and Kelli Smith, who shared main speeches with Dallas church leaders, Todd and Patty Asaad. Jeff and Kelli inspired and encouraged the disciples to take their love and faith to new levels.
To make it special for the children, about 200 kids participated in a vacation Bible school program during the adult classes. The teachers wore costumes and reenacted a day in Babylon called “Babylon-Daniel’s Courage in Captivity.”
