What’s New

This year’s theme is “Pathways to Healing: The Integration of Biblical and Psychological Counseling”. The relationship between psychology and Christianity can be tricky. Like pieces of a puzzle, we will show how we can bring these two practices together, creating a beautiful picture of whole healing. You’ll leave with a greater understanding of how scripture portrays human nature comprehensively, how worldview can impact the practice of psychology, and how understanding the truths of Scripture can result in better care for others and ourselves.

Also new this year, we are offering an in-person option for both our Professional and General registrants. We have no plans to abandon the online format, but we also know that those who care for the souls of others especially need times of rest, reflection, and connection with peers. The in-person format is designed for just that. Set in the beautiful coastal city of Boston, our team is planning a rejuvenating two days for all conference attendees. We hope that many of you will join us in Boston for these memorable two days!

What’s The Same

Just like in years past, mental health professionals will have the option to earn up to nine continuing education (CE) credits by attending eligible keynotes and breakouts. These will be available both in-person and online.

We will also offer 4 tracks just like last year: Professional, Ministry, General, and Spanish. Professional sessions will take place both on Friday, August 4th, and Saturday, August 5th, and the remaining tracks will offer classes on Saturday, August 5th.

The highly popular round table discussions are also back! Whether you attend in-person or online, you will have opportunities to connect with your peers and other attendees, on topics that are important to you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Professional Registration? General Registration? What’s the difference? How do I know which one is right for me? The Clinician/Professional registration will grant you access to ALL conference content. If you register as a Clinician/Professional, you will have access to our Friday morning and afternoon Clinician classes, all Saturday classes, and all General Sessions on both Friday and Saturday.

If you register using General Registration, you will have access to all Saturday classes, as well as the General Sessions on both Friday and Saturday.

With either registration type, you have the option to attend in-person or online.

I’m not a mental health professional, but I am interested in the conference theme. Can I still attend? Yes! We welcome all who have an interest in the topic of the integration of psychology and Christianity. The Ministry and General track classes will be designed specifically non-professionals in mind. Whether you are a church member, a practicing professional, or a staff member, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how Scripture can be used to care for the soul.

Do I have to let you know if I plan to attend in-person?

For both Professional and General Registration, there is a question about your plans to attend, whether in-person, online, or a combination of the two. This does help us plan but if you aren’t sure yet, no worries. You can let us know closer to the conference dates.
