This year, our theme is “Filling the Well: The Mental Health Journey to Self-Care.” As we move out of the pandemic, many are resuming their “normal” lives. However, normalcy can sometimes be accompanied by a lack of attention to our personal well-being. It can be easy to think that because we are no longer in crisis, attention to our mental and emotional health can move from being part of our necessary routine to an occasional luxury.
We have chosen this year’s theme to highlight that self-care is as essential to mental health as nutrition and movement are to physical health. God sees this as so important that he even included the concept of rest in the Ten Commandments! Intentional rest will allow us to be regularly refreshed and give our best to God’s family and others long term.
Similar to years past, we will have General, Ministry, and Professional tracks. There are two registration options: Professional Registration and General Registration. Clinicians will have the opportunity to receive CEU’s for the classes they attend, as part of the Professional Registration option. For all attendees, your registration will also include access to the digital pass post-conference, which will allow you to watch and rewatch all of the lessons anytime.
