The Mission Point Christian Church in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking passionate and dedicated couples to join our team in two vital ministry roles: Director of Family Ministry and Director of Community Ministry & Worship.
The Director of Family Ministry will play a key role in strengthening the spiritual foundation of families within our church. This position involves facilitating our children’s ministry, mentoring youth & family ministry staff and campus ministry staff, and building family into the life of the congregation. A crucial part of this role is equipping and partnering with parents to foster a strong spiritual home life.
The Director of Community Ministry & Worship will focus on cultivating a vibrant and connected church community. This includes partnering with and training small group leaders, facilitating meaningful worship experiences with our worship teams, and overseeing special events that bring our congregation together in faith and fellowship.
