The North-West region of the London International Church of Christ seeks a full-time regional leader couple for a ministry comprising over 120 members, including marrieds, singles (both mature and young professionals), and teens. This diverse region spans three outer London boroughs and parts of neighbouring Hertfordshire, with a seed fellowship group that meets in Milton Keynes.
The position provides opportunities for those seeking to see the Holy Spirit use them to chart the course for the spiritual future of many while having the adventure of a lifetime. The only thing that matters is your willingness to be used by God. Experience of working with people in different life stages (teens, campus, YoPros, mature singles, families at different stages, empty nesters) and different cultures and mindsets is essential. We would also value experience in opening a new campus ministry, developing a satellite church to maturity, and raising new leaders. A great walk with God and personal spiritual example would also be key to success in these roles.
