Goals and expectations

  • We are seeking an evangelist and a women’s ministry couple committed to fostering strong relationships among ministry staff and leadership groups, with a focus on collaboration and the implementation of Biblical principles.
  • Ideal candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for children, teens, singles, and family ministries. They should possess strong leadership, administrative, and teaching skills. Additionally, they must be decisive and capable of influencing others toward spiritual growth and dedicated ministry.
  • Essential skills include the ability to teach, counsel, and mentor. We believe a strong relationship with Jesus, focused leadership, and emotional intelligence are key for success. The candidate should be dedicated to the church’s mission with a servant-hearted approach that promotes teamwork and unity.
  • Required: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years’ experience leading a church or a region of a church with over one hundred members.
