December 13th to 15th 2019 will go down as important dates in the history of Eglise du Christ Internationale de Lomé. This vibrant church in the Francophone West African Nation of Togo hosted a rich conference that saw visitors attend from more than five countries – Benin, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Liberia and Central Africa.

Apart from great classes for Teens, Campus, Singles, Married and parents there were also classes on Leadership and Emotional well-being.

The highlight of the three-day event was the official opening and dedication of the new meeting facility, appointment of deacons and joyous baptisms of seven men and women. The Sunday sermon called everyone to embrace new vision for the kingdom was powerfully delivered by brother Dèsiré Koassi. He leads the 350 member strong campus ministry of the Abidjan church.

Many thanks to my multilingual translator, traveling companion and ministry intern from the Lagos School of Missions, Mr. Konito Pakabomba. The Lomé Church is powerfully led by Raymond Samnick and his lovely wife. They also oversee the mission work in other sister congregations in Togo and Benin.
