Who we are

Our congregation is a close-knit family of 100 members dedicated to glorifying God, fostering spiritual growth, and reaching the lost. We are blessed with various ministries, including singles and young professionals, marrieds, campus, Spanish, and seniors. We aim to grow our youth and family ministry. With God’s guidance, we believe our church has tremendous potential to grow and make a lasting kingdom impact.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a couple with a deep love for the Lord and a vision for building a Christ-centered, unified church. These are the key qualities required:

  • Experience leading and nurturing small to midsize groups.
  • A heart for training and raising leaders in the faith.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively as a team.
  • A commitment to creating a supportive, unified, and loving church environment.
  • A desire to continue growing spiritually and a willingness to be mentored.

Lead Pastor

The lead pastor will serve as the primary spiritual shepherd and visionary leader for our church, responsible for preaching, teaching, and equipping the congregation to grow in faith and live out the Gospel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preach and teach biblically sound, Spirit-led messages that inspire spiritual growth and transformation.
  • Provide pastoral care and counseling, guiding individuals and families in their faith journeys.
  • Cast vision and develop strategies for church growth and community outreach.
  • Mentor and equip ministry leaders, staff, and volunteers to serve effectively.
  • Oversee church operations, ensuring alignment with biblical principles and the church’s mission.
  • Cultivate a culture of prayer, discipleship, and spiritual unity within the congregation.

Qualifications:

  • A strong, personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a calling to pastoral ministry.
  • In-depth experience in preaching, teaching, and pastoral leadership.
  • Strong biblical knowledge, theological training, and the ability to communicate God’s word effectively.
  • A heart for shepherding and building relationships with people of all backgrounds.
  • Leadership skills with a vision for advancing God’s kingdom.
  • Commitment to personal spiritual growth and a life of integrity.

Women’s Ministry Leader

The women’s ministry leader will inspire and disciple the women of our church while working closely with her husband, the lead pastor, to inspire the congregation as a whole. She will play a key role in encouraging spiritual growth and unity within the church family.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with the lead pastor to shepherd and inspire the congregation in their faith journey.
  • Develop and oversee women’s ministry programs, Bible studies, and events that foster spiritual growth and fellowship.
  • Mentor, encourage, and support women of all ages and life stages.
  • Collaborate with church leadership to align women’s ministry efforts with the church’s overall mission and vision.
  • Identify and equip leaders within the women’s ministry to serve effectively.
  • Serve as a spiritual resource, offering biblical counsel and encouragement to women in the congregation.
  • Promote outreach efforts to engage women in the surrounding community and share the gospel.

Qualifications:

  • A deep, personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a passion for women’s ministry.
  • Strong biblical knowledge and experience in teaching and discipleship.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a heart for connecting with women.
  • An ability to organize events and coordinate ministry efforts effectively.
