Over 80 students gathered from October 25-27 to seek God’s guidance and deepen their relationships at the annual campus retreat, hosted by Milestone Churches in Toronto, Canada. The retreat was entitled “Search Me,” based on the passage in Psalm 139:24-25.  In true imitation of David’s prayer, the students focused on asking God to examine their hearts to see if there is any offensive way in them and to lead them in the way of the Lord.

The retreat brought together students from various colleges and universities across the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, Montreal, and Hamilton. It was a time filled with fun activities, deep learning about God, and meaningful connections.

Faith and fun

Throughout the retreat, participants engaged in various events designed to deepen their understanding of faith. The worship night was a highlight for the students, as were the lessons on examining themselves before God to avoid spiritual compromise.

There was also a focus on fun while fostering a sense of community. We participated in a painting activity, minute-to-win-it games, and an epic lip-sync battle! The atmosphere was inclusive, vibrant and welcoming.

Overall, the campus retreat was a successful and enriching event that provided a platform for fun and learning and strengthened spiritual bonds among the students. We’re excited and inspired to return to our respective campuses and church ministries to see what God will do in and through us.
