The Central Jersey Church of Christ (CJCOC) is seeking a spiritual and passionate couple to take on the role of regional leaders for our Mercer County Region, a group of approximately 100 disciples. This is an incredible opportunity to serve in a vibrant, diverse church while growing in leadership and ministry impact.
The Mercer County Region meets in Princeton, NJ, and is a region of the Central Jersey Church of Christ which is a congregation of over 370 disciples, representing more than 40 nations. Our church serves a mission field of over two million people in Central Jersey. We are deeply committed to building a healthy, growing community where every member can thrive spiritually and contribute to God’s work.
We are seeking a couple who has demonstrated a strong spiritual example and leadership in the ministries they’ve served. While paid ministry experience is not a requirement, candidates should have proven leadership experience and strong recommendations.
Key qualifications include:
- Experience in leading small and midsize groups.
- A heart for discipling and training others in their faith.
- A passion for building a healthy and unified church.
- A willingness to be trained and a spiritual desire to grow.
This role would be ideal for a couple who has led a smaller region, or who is currently leading a youth and family or campus ministry, and is ready for the opportunity to lead a region. You will receive training and mentorship from our dedicated staff and eldership team. You will be part of a church with a strong sense of family, spirituality and mission.
