ICOC Cares reflects a simple conviction: faith shows in how people care for others. The outreach puts God’s love into action in practical ways that meet people where they are.

Through Envolve, the church launched the campaign and, on March 22, partnered with HOPEww Philippines for a Geo Service Day, serving two HOPE centers in Payatas and Baseco.

Disciples, families, and partners came together and gave what they could. The campaign raised nearly $3,000 in cash and in-kind donations, with support from individuals, the ICOC church, and partners such as NSC Trading.

These provided hygiene kits, medicines, and necessities for HOPEww Baseco, and school supplies and medicines for HOPEww Payatas. A total of 188 children received support, with 113 in Baseco and 75 in Payatas.

More than giving, the outreach focused on being present. Volunteers sat with the children, shared meals, led arts and learning activities, and made space for play, connection, and joy.

A total of 135 volunteers served, 75 from the Northeast Region and 60 from the Southwest.

ICOC Cares continues as a church-wide movement rooted in the belief that consistent, collective action expresses the Gospel. As written in Hebrews 13:16: “Do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.”

When the church serves together, love becomes visible, and hope becomes real. The mission goes beyond telling people that God cares; it shows them.

ICOC Cares: Love in action, hope made real.
