The Country Director has the overall responsibility for the strategic leadership and direction of the HOPE worldwide PNG Programs to achieve the organizational vision, mission and objectives. The CD is responsible for the programmatic and operational management and represents the organization to local Partners, Government Institutions and International organizations. He or she will take a leading role in planning, developing, overseeing implementation, reviewing & monitoring of the Country Program strategy and ensuring overall focus of its activities.
