On September 1, 2019, Hurricane Dorian made landfall in the Bahamas. Immediately, the HOPEww Global Disaster Response Team began to provide relief. For the past year, food and water were distributed, shelter was repaired and emotional support was provided by a team of mental health professionals. $200k was raised to aid this work, and it continues to fund their preparation efforts for future hurricanes and typhoons. Our brothers and sisters in Freeport send their love and thanks!
