My brother Scott and I are so excited about More, our new album of praise and worship music. Both of us have been serving in full-time ministry for over thirty years. Currently, he serves as the lead evangelist of the Greater Baltimore Church, and I have the honor of serving as the evangelist of our sister church in Bowling Green, KY.
I share this because, even though we both have backgrounds in music, what is most near and dear to our hearts is inspiring the saints and reaching the lost. We see our music as an additional way to accomplish this.
The ministry of music has the power to engage hearts and minds in worship, reaching into our very souls. I find that when these songs are written by members of our fellowship and shaped by our unique spiritual culture, they can have an even greater impact.
Our music is an expression of our love for God and our spiritual journeys, and we sincerely believe it is a gift from God, through us, to enhance personal and congregational worship in our fellowship and beyond. We can’t wait to see all that God will do through this ministry.
Testimonial:
From the opening track, Greater Things, which calls believers to live out even the smallest acts of faith and witness God’s great work, to the title song More, which speaks to the inner yearning to live fully and walk in all God has called us to, the album delivers a powerful and cohesive message. As a professional artist who directs and produces for film and stage, I naturally listen for story, and throughout this collection, I hear rich narratives woven into the lyrics.
