The North West Region of the London International Church of Christ is looking for a man and a woman, either a couple or two individuals, to join us in leading, training and supporting the next generation of disciples.
As a leadership team, we are excited about what God is doing and where he is leading us here in North West London. We are looking for people who share our heart to strengthen the church, equip the next generation and grow in their own faith and ministry leadership. We are particularly looking for people who can help lead and develop our growing university student ministry, while also potentially supporting our teenagers and young professionals. Specific responsibilities would be shaped around each person’s experience, gifts and stage of life.
Opportunities
We welcome people with different levels of ministry experience and offer two possible pathways:
- Paid ministry staff: Part-time or full-time opportunities, depending on experience and circumstances.
- One Year Challenge internship: A voluntary opportunity to receive ministry training, grow spiritually and gain hands-on leadership experience. Ministry-related expenses would be covered and support would be provided for housing and agreed living expenses.
The initial commitment would be agreed according to the opportunity, generally between one and two years, with the possibility of continuing beyond this.

Training and support
Those joining us would receive ongoing training, mentoring and support, working closely with the regional leaders, leadership team and other ministry leaders across London. We want this to be an opportunity not only to serve and lead, but also to be invested in, equipped and developed for service in God’s Kingdom.
