The Missionary’s Cookbook is a special collection of recipes gathered from missionaries and ministry workers serving in different countries and cultures. Compiled by RevivALL volunteer David Cole, this cookbook features recipes from the United States, Hungary, Ukraine, Moldova, Bulgaria, and beyond. Each recipe carries a story of hospitality, community, and life on the mission field.
Food has always been a powerful way to bring people together. Whether it’s sharing a meal with neighbors, welcoming strangers into your home, or gathering around a table after a day of ministry, some of life’s most meaningful conversations happen over food. This cookbook celebrates those moments and the people who make them possible.
Inside you’ll find a variety of recipes, from Texas favorites like homemade tortillas, guacamole, and chili to traditional dishes such as Ukrainian varenyky, Hungarian chicken soup, and Italian-Moldavian lasagna. Many of these recipes have been cooked, shared, and enjoyed while serving in communities around the world.
