Howdy, ICOC elders. You’re WANTED! Saddle up and ride on over to Fort Worth from April 8–11 for our 2027 Western Elders Retreat, “Spur One Another On.” Register here for the retreat.
This fine gathering is hosted by the DFW Church. Don’t tarry now — we’d be mighty pleased to see y’all there.
Be sure to bring your western wear for a hoe-down and bull-ridin’ on Saturday night.

Registration and hotel fee schedule
- Early-bird registration: $215 per person. Ends January 31, 2027. Use code EARLY BIRD.
- Standard registration: $225 per person. Ends April 1, 2027.
- Walk-up registration: $250 per person (onsite only).
- Hotel group rate deadline: Standard king rooms for $192 per night, plus tax, on reservations made through Thursday, March 18. Hotel link coming soon to registration page.
Transportation options: Rome2rio has multiple options and pricing to get you to and from the conference. You can also add our passenger van shuttle during registration for $25 per person, per trip.
