The Salem, Oregon church seeks a campus/singles intern or interns to help us in our mission. God’s vast works are evident in the beauty of Oregon and the abundance of recreational opportunities. We are an hour from the Pacific and two hours from the Cascade Mountains. We need help establishing ministries at local colleges (Willamette, Corban, Chemeketa, Western Oregon). We are within an hour of larger congregations in Portland and Eugene, and two hours from Bend. Kelly and Cheryl Boyd will help oversee our church and provide training. Aaron and Kelly Ford have been disciples for 20+ years and will provide friendship, mentorship, and practical direction. Aaron has a master’s in Biblical study to assist you in your spiritual growth.
We are seeking interns who will:
• Be active in sharing their faith (10+ hours per week)
• Study the Bible with those who attend functions
• Coordinate campus and/or singles events
• Maintain a strong personal spiritual life
• Participate in speaking/sharing at worship services
• Enhance our web/social media presence
