The San Diego Church is looking to hire a full-time bilingual ministry couple to lead our thriving Spanish-speaking ministry of over 100 members, congregationally, while also leading their Spanish ministry locally in the South Point region of the SD Church.
Our demographics lend us to be one church with two primary languages. This brother will work alongside our amazing SD staff and SD Spanish leadership team. It is essential that this couple is collaborative, motivated, and demonstrates a passion for Spanish ministry, as well as training and inspiring the next generation. Our hope is to see more young bilingual people raised up and lead in Spanish ministry. This role also offers opportunities to be trained through discipling, team leadership and the West Coast School of Missions.
