We are seeking to hire and train two individuals who have a passion for serving youth and their families, along with a deep love for and commitment to Jesus.

About Space Coast Church (Brevard County, Florida)
We are a vibrant and growing church located along Florida’s Space Coast in Brevard County. Our passion as followers of Jesus is to become more like him (1 John 2:6), and this mindset shapes everything we do. We share the gospel, serve our community, and strive to build a multicultural and multigenerational church. To support this vision, we have developed a one to two-year internship program designed to equip and train individuals for full-time ministry in youth and family.
Experience and qualifications
No prior experience is required, though involvement in your local church’s youth ministry is a plus. We are seeking individuals who are disciples of Jesus and sense a calling or strong desire to serve in youth & family ministry.
Additional qualifications include:
- Commitment to the local church and a willingness to be trained
- A humble, servant-hearted attitude and teachable spirit
- Alignment with Space Coast Church’s mission and core values
- A desire for personal spiritual growth, including growth in biblical knowledge, application, and ministry service.

To equip families, ignite faith in the next generation, and raise leaders for the future of God’s kingdom. Through hands-on ministry, biblical training, and leadership development, we aim to multiply servant leaders who embody the heart of Jesus and strengthen youth & family ministry for years to come.

To partner with families in raising a generation of young disciples who know God, walk with Jesus, and share his love.

Job expectation
- 15–17 hours of ministry and training per week
- Build relationships with middle school and high school students, as well as their families
- Actively participate in worship services, staff meetings, and church events
- Complete quarterly training objectives
- Uphold children’s ministry policies and safety procedures.
Employment type and compensation
This is a paid internship starting as a part-time position, with the potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the training program.
