The Virgin Islands Church of Christ seeks a couple (or a single man and a single woman) with campus ministry experience to reignite our campus ministry with a secondary focus on other young people in the community. The University of the Virgin Islands is a small campus with an international student body, the perfect harvest field for converting young people from other islands and encouraging them to consider moving home to bring the gospel to their people.
We are located on the gorgeous island of St. Thomas in the United States Virgin Islands. Living on a Caribbean island can be challenging; the doorstep comforts of the continental U.S. are not readily available here, but our island makes up for that in warmth (the weather and the people), beauty, and a lifestyle that’s outside the hustle and bustle of the mainland. The ideal candidates will embrace island living and culture while working hard with the disciples of the church to have a godly impact on St. Thomas.
Our church is a small group of mature and devoted disciples with a passion for God and his people. We are actively seeking full-time campus ministers to partner with us in increasing our effectiveness in bringing the lost to Christ. The preferred candidates will have had success in personal fruitfulness and experience in growing a ministry.
