Fellow church builders of the ICOC,
This is your invitation to join us in April 2026 for a Church Builders Conference hosted in Boston.
A multidisciplinary team of experienced church builders from around the world is partnering together to put on a conference focused on equipping and inspiring leaders at every stage to build the church. Our theme this year is “Healthy Church Growth” as we talk about Ephesians 4 leadership.

Who is invited?
Healthy Church Growth is for anyone who shapes the culture of a congregation. If you lead, influence, or carry respect in your local fellowship, this conference is for you.
We are calling church leaders, elders, teachers, evangelists, women’s ministry leaders, non-staff leadership team members, campus ministers, teen ministers, children’s ministry leaders, deacons, small group leaders, worship team leaders, and anyone else who feels called to build God’s church.
If God has placed you in a position to influence souls and shape the health of your congregation, we would love to see you at the Church Builders Conference!
What can you expect?
You will get to hear keynotes and breakout lessons from leaders who are seeing victory in building churches. There will also be practical training for various leadership gift sets on how to use those gifts to build the church.
Of course, as with any conference, we will gather for moving times of worship, and there will be many opportunities to fellowship as we create and strengthen ligaments between members or our global and multigenerational family.
Come ready to learn, collaborate, and return home with tools and wisdom for healthy church growth.
