
The Fort Collins Christian Church (FTCCC) is seeking to hire a married couple for full-time leadership of the church to serve, lead, and inspire both this and the next generation of disciples.
FTCCC is a healthy, stable, and growing fellowship of 80+ disciples with a history of committed discipleship and community impact. Situated one hour north of Denver, the Fort Collins area is in northern Colorado and includes the cities of Fort Collins (home to Colorado State University), Greeley (home to University of Northern Colorado), Loveland, and surrounding towns. This area along the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains is growing rapidly and approaching 750,000 people. Rocky Mountain National Park is 36 miles away.
Applicants must have at least five years of full-time ministry leadership experience. Candidates must have a deep and fulfilling relationship with God, a solid, thriving marriage (including healthy parenting, if applicable) as well as a history of growing their ministry in both depth of faith and in number. They should have a deep knowledge of the Bible including the ability to preach and teach using a variety of methods (expository, textual, etc.).
Responsibilities include:
- Duties will entail overseeing widow(er)s, marrieds, singles, campus, and teen ministries. Applicants should be able to organize a multi-generational church.
- Must be willing and able to work as an integral part of a leadership team with the current campus ministry intern, lay leaders, and Rocky Mountain Region (family of churches).
- Disciple members through one-another relationships, mentoring, hospitality, and ongoing training.
- Equip members to grow in their faith, character, and convictions.
- Work with the church board to faithfully oversee the church.
- Raising up new small group leaders / campus interns.
- Faith and ability to cast a vision to inspire the church in what God can do.
- Begin the process of appointing an eldership.

Qualifications:
- Strong personal walk with God which is Christ-centered and grace motivated; lead by example.
- Evidence of seeking and receiving mentoring/discipling from other disciples.
- Minimum of five years of experience leading ministries of at least 50 (church leadership preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the leadership team.
- Mature relationship building skills with EQ that enables bridging multiple generations of disciples (ranging from many new disciples to 40-year+).
- Leadership experience: training and raising up new leaders (such as small group) and developing campus interns while creating a culture of delegation and empowerment.
- All applicant couples must each be United States citizens or each have permission to work in the U.S. permanently.
Compensation is commensurate with previous experience. Benefits include full health/dental insurance as well as 403(b) retirement contributions.
