Why Community Service Brigades? Impoverished communities and families around the world, including many of our brothers and sisters, lack the means to access quality, affordable health care options. As a result, many are chronically sick with parasites and other serious chronic medical conditions, such as diabetes, asthma, hypertension, GI disorders and heart disease. Working in partnership with the in-country churches and their HOPE worldwide affiliates, Brigade volunteers help meet the needs of our brothers and sisters as well as those they serve in their outreach program communities. Their boots-on-the-ground work empowers individuals and families to invest in and improve their health and well-being throughout the year. The impact of these Brigades is felt for generations!

Who can volunteer?

Medical and non-medical professionals alike are needed to make the CSB’s successful. Doctors, nurses, MA’s, EMT’s, pharmacists, dentists, counselors, chiropractors, educators, bilingual Spanish/English speakers, construction tradespeople and general volunteers are all needed.

No matter how young or old you are, no matter your degree or professional qualifications, if your heart is to serve, you are needed!
