While a “Call for Papers” might be new to some in the ICOC, this practice is common in academic circles. The primary reason for this approach is to allow individuals to present their research, work, or what they are passionate about. Your paper or presentation does not need to be complete. We just need to see what you would present if your abstract is selected.
