Five Valleys Church
in Missoula, MT is looking to hire two next-gen part-time or full-time people (singles or couple) as associate ministers, who would be mentored directly by the evangelist and women’s ministry leader. This opportunity includes working with the teens, campus and singles. Being a smaller church, this position comes with many unique opportunities to serve, learn and grow.
Previous ministry experience is not a requirement but is desired. More importantly, a devotion to Jesus and a heart to learn, grow, and be trained is crucial. The great commission flows from the great commandment, and we desire to get the order right and walk in the way of love trusting that God will bless the correct foundation. We believe in creating a culture that all people want to attend, especially younger generations and the un-churched.
We are located in one of the most beautiful places in the US, part of the NW family of churches, with a mission focus with the OMI (Oregon, Montana, Idaho) churches. Missoula is home to 70,000 with 10,000 at the University of Montana. This city caters to the outdoor life, hiking, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, etc. The Five Valleys church is full of young married couples and young families who are serious about glorifying God in their marriages and their parenting. The harvest is plentiful but we need workers who are self-starters and who have a vision for how God wants to use them here.
